Cafe East is revolutionary in its approach of Chinese cuisine.  We blend traditional East Asian spices such as Szechuan peppercorns, Garlic and Ginger, and combine  them with a variety of flavors like Mango, Goat Cheese and Crawfish, in order to create new and exciting dishes that tantalize the palate.
